At Ultimate WellNest LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), we are committed to providing a seamless, transparent delivery experience. This Shipping Policy outlines the terms related to fulfillment and shipping for all orders placed on www.ultimatewellnest.com.
All products are shipped directly from our authorized brand partners or suppliers. We proudly offer free standard curbside delivery within the contiguous United States (48 states), ensuring your premium wellness equipment arrives securely and reliably.

2. Shipping Destinations
Where We Ship:
Our products are available for shipping within the 48 contiguous U.S. states, including Washington, D.C.
We currently do not deliver to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories (e.g., Puerto Rico, Guam), or military APO/FPO addresses.
Future Expansion: We're working to expand our delivery regions. Please check back for updates.
3. Shipping Costs & Free Shipping Policy
Free Standard Curbside Shipping: Applies to all eligible orders shipped within the 48 contiguous states. No minimum purchase required.
Expedited Shipping: May be available at checkout for an added fee. Availability varies by supplier and product.
Oversized or Freight Items:
Products such as infrared saunas, cold plunge tubs, massage chairs, and Pilates equipment are considered oversized and typically:
- Ship via ground or LTL freight carriers
- Include curbside delivery as standard
- May incur additional handling fees (displayed during checkout)
- May offer optional White Glove Delivery (in-home setup) at additional cost on select models
Accessories & Add-Ons:
Items such as salt shipments or extras may require a separate shipping quote after checkout. You’ll be notified by email if applicable.
Payment Methods & Shipping:
Orders paid via Shop Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, or Bank Deposit follow the same shipping terms and processing windows.
No Hidden Fees:
All shipping charges, if applicable, will be shown before checkout is completed.
4. Order Processing Time
Once your order is confirmed, it will be sent to the supplier for processing. Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
Cut-Off Time: Orders submitted before 5:00 PM EST typically begin processing the same business day.
Weekend & Holiday Orders: These are processed the next business day.
5. Estimated Delivery Time
Standard Curbside Delivery: Total estimated delivery time (including fulfillment + transit) ranges from 7–18 business days depending on the supplier, carrier, and destination.
Note: Delays may occur due to weather, holidays, supply chain factors, or high-volume periods. Refer to each product’s “Shipping & Delivery” tab for the most up-to-date lead times.
6. Fulfillment & Carrier Information
All items are shipped directly by the supplier using their preferred logistics providers. Ultimate WellNest does not operate its own warehouse or delivery fleet.
- Standard-size items: Typically fulfilled via FedEx, UPS, USPS, or DHL
- Freight/oversized items: Typically shipped via FedEx Freight, XPO Logistics, R+L Carriers, or similar LTL providers
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email for real-time updates.
Insurance: All shipments are insured by the supplier against damage or loss in transit.
7. Order Tracking
Once shipped, you’ll receive the following via email:
- Order tracking number
- Carrier name
- Direct tracking link (when available)

8. Delivery Issues & Lost Packages
Delayed or Lost in Transit:
- Always check your tracking number first
- Contact the carrier for status updates
- If unresolved, email us and we’ll help coordinate with the supplier
Damaged Shipments:
- Inspect all deliveries upon arrival
- Photograph any visible damage immediately
- Report the issue to us within 7 days of delivery
- We’ll coordinate a replacement or resolution with the supplier
9. Missing Items
- Report any missing components within 7 days of delivery
- Include your order number and missing item(s)
- We’ll work with the supplier to investigate and resolve
10. Returns & Refunds
Returns are accepted within 14–30 days depending on the supplier's policy. Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
Return Shipping Costs:
- Our Responsibility: Wrong item or manufacturing defect — we cover return shipping
- Customer Responsibility: All other reasons — you cover return shipping and may be subject to restocking fees (per brand policy)
Refunds:
Processed within 7–14 business days after the returned item is received and inspected. See our Return & Refund Policy for full details.
11. Incorrect Address Policy
Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address:
- We’ll contact you to confirm and arrange reshipment
- You may be responsible for additional shipping costs
