3. No Return or Refund Policy

At Ultimate WellNest, we specialize in premium wellness and recovery equipment. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns or issue refunds once an item has shipped.We do not accept returns due to buyer’s remorse, change of mind, or personal preference.By placing an order, you acknowledge that all sales are final and non-refundable.

4. Exceptions for Damaged or Defective Items (Replacement Only)

If your item arrives damaged or defective, we will offer a product replacement based on the following conditions:

4.1 Reporting Damaged or Defective Items

You must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery.
You must provide photos or videos showing the damage or defect.
The item must remain unused and in its original packaging.

4.2 Replacement Process

If the damage or defect is verified, we will arrange a replacement of the same product at no additional cost.
Refunds will not be issued
for defective or damaged items.
If the item is found to be fully functional upon return inspection, you will be responsible for all shipping costs.

5. Order Cancellations

Before Shipment: You may cancel your order for a full refund if it has not yet been processed for shipment.
After Shipment: Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled, refunded, or returned.

6. Manufacturer Warranty (If Applicable)

Some products may be covered by a manufacturer’s warranty. If applicable, warranty claims must be handled directly with the manufacturer.
If your product is eligible for a manufacturer’s warranty, you must follow the warranty claim process outlined by the manufacturer.
Ultimate WellNest does not process warranty claims on behalf of the manufacturer.

7. Signature Confirmation & Delivery Responsibility

To ensure safe delivery, we require signature confirmation for high-value orders.
Once an order has been marked as delivered by the carrier, Ultimate WellNest is no longer responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages.
Customers are responsible for providing a secure delivery address to prevent theft or loss.

8. Chargeback & Dispute Policy

By purchasing from Ultimate WellNest, you agree to our strict no-refund policy and acknowledge that:
Filing a chargeback or payment dispute in violation of this policy is considered fraudulent activity.
We will provide documented proof (including signed delivery confirmation and acceptance of terms) to dispute any chargebacks.
Customers attempting to circumvent this policy through a chargeback may be banned from future purchases.
