  • Most items are eligible for return within 14–30 days of delivery.
  • All returns must be authorized in advance by our support team.
  • Items must be unused, unassembled, and in original packaging.
  • Restocking fees (15–35%) and return shipping costs may apply.
  • Returns received without prior authorization may be refused.

  • Freight-shipped items are often non-returnable.
