- We offer free standard shipping within the continental U.S. for all Dundalk LeisureCraft products.
- Each item is made to order and shipped directly from Ontario, Canada. Once your order is completed and packaged, it will be securely crated and shipped via freight. Delivery typically occurs within 4–8 weeks, depending on current production timelines and your location.
- All LeisureCraft products ship in large wooden crates. If the crate exceeds 92 inches in length, a liftgate will not be available, and you’ll be responsible for arranging unloading (e.g., forklift, tilt tow truck, or terminal pickup). A delivery appointment will be scheduled, and freight is dropped curbside or at the end of your driveway—in-home placement is not included.

Due to the custom, made-to-order nature of Dundalk LeisureCraft products, returns are not accepted unless authorized in advance.
If a return is approved by the manufacturer, it is subject to:
- 20% restocking fee
- Return shipping costs (non-refundable)
- Inspection upon return—refunds are issued at the sole discretion of LeisureCraft
- Products must be returned in original packaging and unused condition.

- Structural integrity of wooden components
- Electrical components (if included, such as heaters or chillers)
- Defects in materials or workmanship under normal residential use
- Warranty coverage does not include normal wear and tear, misuse, improper installation, or neglect. The warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
