- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Products must be repackaged in original condition.

- Springs must be replaced every 2 years or 3,000 hours to maintain coverage.
- Warranty applies to the original purchaser only and excludes damage from misuse, modification, or improper maintenance.

- Consult a physician prior to using the equipment.
- Stop exercising immediately if experiencing discomfort, chest pain, or dizziness.
- Use only under the supervision of a qualified instructor.
- Do not modify equipment or use unauthorized accessories.
- Inspect all parts—springs, ropes, hardware—before each use.
- Discontinue use if you find wear, gaps, or mechanical damage.
- Do not attempt self-repair. Contact a certified BASI Systems technician.
- Supervise children and individuals with physical challenges at all times.
- Ensure carriage stopper and at least one spring is attached before mounting.
- Keep hair, clothing, and body parts clear of moving components.
- Always verify springs and carabiners are securely closed.
- When using the push-through bar, a qualified instructor must monitor the bar, and the safety strap must be attached when springs are connected from below.
The BASI Systems equipment is designed with the highest quality materials to provide ergonomic integrity, comfort and longevity. We recommend that you follow these guidelines to properly care for your equipment and for safe use.
Maintenance
- Springs should be inspected weekly for gaps or kinks. If a gap or kink is found, discontinue use of the spring immediately and replace it.
- Check that the spring hooks are working properly.
- It is recommended that all springs be replaced after two years of use.
- Inspect and tighten the nuts, bolts and screws monthly.
- Please check and tighten the nuts and bolts of the push through bars and swing of the Cadillac periodically.
- Remember to replace the ropes if they show any sign of wear and damage.
Cleaning
- Clean all surfaces after each use. Using a soft damp cloth, wipe all upholstery with a blend of water and mild soap. (1 tablespoon of mild soap is recommended for a liter of water.)
- Alcohol-based cleaning products, baby wipes, bleach and harsh chemicals are NOT suitable for cleaning any part of your equipment.
- Do not spray any cleaning product directly on your equipment.
- Wipe the carriage, foot bar, push through bar and shoulder rests with a soft damp cloth after each use.
- Wipe and brush the carriage tracks periodically to keep them free from dust and hair.
- Wipe the carriage wheels periodically by running them on a damp cloth to keep them free from dust and grit.
- Neoprene handles, double loop, foot straps, fuzzies and ankle straps are machine washable. Please launder these accessories using a gentle cycle (maximum 30°C) in your washing machine, and then allow to air dry.
Care
- Avoid direct sunlight and any kind of heat exposure to BASI Systems equipment.
- Store Pilates equipment in an environment with adequate climate/humidity controls.
- Do not put load on equipment.
